Journey Details
Dates
- August 16th to the 23rd (Saturday the 16th and the 23rd
are arrival/departure days - we meet starting the 17th to
the 22)
Cost – You pay for the journey fee and travel
costs separately:
The journey fee is paid to the Toltec Mystery School
(Lightwurks, LLC);
Travel costs (air and lodging) are booked through Apple
Vacations. Payment and reservations for the hotel must be
through Apple Vacations. Lodging will be at the Grand Bahia
Principe Coba – we’ve stayed here before and it was
impressive to say the least!

The hotel is a 5 star hotel with beautiful pools and a
beautiful beach. Meals are all inclusive and you have your
choice of several restaurants at the hotel.

for present Mastery of Awareness and Transformation
Students (and their families), includes $125 discount

Awareness online classes go to

If deposit is
made before July 15th*, an additional $100 discount is
offered to above fees.
Included in the
Toltec Mystery School Journey fee - dissertations, classes
and processes both at the hotel and at the sacred sites.
*Non-refundable deposit of $400 holds your space for the
journey; if paid by July 15th, you receive the early
registration fee discount of $100 that will be applied to
final payment due August 1st.
* Prices do not
include New Mexico tax or the Paypal fee - the applicable
New Mexico tax and Paypal fee will be added into the Paypal
price.
*The Toltec
Mystery School Fee balance is due August 1. Journey release
forms must also be due before or by August 1.

Travel
Cost:
Based on a double-occupancy room, Apple Vacations is
currently quoting approximately $700 per person for
lodging when you book both air and lodging through them.
Their website is
http://www.applevacations.com. Air, of course, varies depending on where you fly from.
The hotel is the
Gran Bahia Principe Coba. When booking your hotel
on the Apple Vacations Website, make certain you book the Gran
Bahia Principe with Coba at the end as their are several Gran
Bahia Principe Hotels.
The
hotel is all inclusive, meaning that meals are included
while at the hotel. The hotel will provide transportation
from the airport to the hotel and back. Additionally
non-motorized water
activities, such as snorkeling and use of the hotel
facilities is included as well.
Once you have
paid the deposit and contacted Amber, our school
administrator and trip coordinator, she will provide further
details to for you to book your air and lodging.

Additional Costs & Details:
This year we will travel to 2 sacred sites. The
transportation to and from the sacred sites and entrance
fees into the sites, food outside the hotel and personal
purchases are separate and are the responsibility of the
journey participant. We estimate these costs to be about $30
for entrances to 2 sacred sites plus $100 for transportation
to the sites depending on the particular site.
Our schedule
will include at least one free day plus one or two half
days. During the free day you may want to visit one of the
beautiful ecological parks or another sacred site, so bring
money to do so.
And, as past journeyers know, the food is delicious! Journey
participants are responsible for any meals outside the hotel
or any other personal purchases.
Important!!! We highly recommend that you purchase trip
cancellation or change insurance in the event the schedule
changes.
