Greetings.
I am from Swellendam in The Western Cape, South Africa. I was introduced to the Toltec way, through Don Miguel Ruiz’s book, The Four Agreements. I find it exceptionally useful, especially the agreement about not taking anything personally. I have chosen to simply send out an A.P.B. now as my conditioned response, reminder of how I wish to react to any given circumstance or trauma in my life.

I = Be Impeccable with my word…
A = Make no Assumptions…
P = Take nothing Personally…
B = Always do my Best…
